The normal blood glucose level is from 70 mg/dl to 100 mg/dl, and if it is above 126 mg/dl, diabetes is diagnosed.

The FreeStyle Libre app makes it easy for the user to measure and control their glucose level, through a technology that greatly facilitates the treatment of diabetes, replacing the old method of drawing blood from the finger.

The application works in conjunction with a sensor. The sensor is placed on the person’s arm, where it scans, in real time, the glucose levels, presenting in the application the registered data.

The sensor is waterproof, so it can go into pools and bathe without any problems for the equipment and for the person.

In addition, the data collected and registered by the sensor in the application, is presented in graphs and reports, which can be shared with family members and with the doctor, making it easier to follow the treatment.

With the sensor method, it becomes much more convenient to measure glucose levels, and avoids intrusive methods that can bring more problems.
