1- Google Maps and Apple Maps

As the first apps, we brought the Google Maps and the apple maps, which are usually factory-installed on mobile phones.

Due to certain commercial interests, new iOS devices should not have Google Maps installed, but Apple Maps.

They are completely free, bringing mapping and tracking.

2- SPYERA

The second app on the list is SPYERA, an app that allows you to monitor computers and cell phones, while still managing to access navigation and track the device via GPS.

It requires the owner's permission to be installed on a device.

The app does not spy on other apps and software.

3- GPS Phone Tracker

As today's third app, we have the GPS Phone Tracker, a great app for finding lost devices and tracking people in your family and friends.

The app manages to record everything, using the most recent GPS data.

It is free and allows anonymous tracking.

4- Lookout

Our fourth app on the list is the Look out, which manages to protect the cell phone against viruses, having, among its features, tracking.

The app can be downloaded on iOS and Android systems.

5- Prey

As the fifth application, we brought the Prey, a great anti-theft app, which works on:

• iOS;
• Android;
• Linux;
• Windows;
• mac.

Once its installation is complete, the user can use the trace whenever he wants.

With the free account, the user can track up to 3 devices and store up to 20 reports.

6- Familonet

As a sixth application, we have the Familonet, suitable for locating family members, and having more security.

To work, the app needs to be installed on the device to be tracked and on another, which will work as the tracker.

Then, when the person leaves or arrives at a defined location, a notification will be sent to the cell phone being tracked.

The Familonet app is available for Android and iOS.

7- Where's My Droid

The seventh app is the Where's My Droid, which has two versions: free and paid.

In the paid version, which features ads, the user can:

• Set password;
• Connect to the device;
• Locate the device;
• Receive alert when SIM card is changed.

In the paid version, which has no ads, the user can:

• Lock the device;
• Clear the device's memory;
• Hide application icons;
• Access some features, like the camera.

The Where's My Droid app is available for Android.
