The Microsoft 365 (Office) application features a section where you can digitally sign documents for free.
First, you need to login to the app using a Microsoft account.
Then, to start the process, go to “Actions”, which is in the bottom menu, and “Sign a PDF”.
This app, like the previous one, also only allows you to sign documents in PDF format.
Then choose the file to be signed and tap the screen to perform the action.
It allows the user to move his signature around the document and change the color of his writing.
After finishing the signature, it is possible to save it for later use, in addition to the app allowing the sharing of the document in several ways.

The DocuSign application, the last one today, brings the free version for the user to make his digital signature, after logging in to the app with email and password.
It supports files in PDF and image formats, these being in the device's gallery or in the cloud, such as Google Drive.
Through the app, the user can also scan a document to digitally sign it, using the cell phone's camera.
For scanning, go to the “More” option and perform the action. For the signature, go to the “Sign Now” option, managing to use the digital pen to sign the document.
All documents that are digitally signed are saved on the device, and can be shared to other platforms.
In the free version of the application, it is possible to send up to three documents that have been signed, and the app does not allow the user to take a screenshot.
