Therefore, those who are part of social programs have the right to participate in the Social Qualification Program. In this program, there are 2 modes: Qualified Student and Qualified Citizen. These modalities are for students and adults who do not have a license and want to be entitled to have their free driving license.

In addition, members of low-income families who are part of social programs such as the Secretariat of Social Development – Headquarters and Secretariat of Justice and Citizenship – Sejus.

And also citizens who already have their registration in the Single Registry – CadÚnico, an indispensable register for people who want to participate in government programs.

How to register and get a free CNH?

To register for the social project CNH Social and have the right to take a driving license for free, it is necessary to wait for the opening of the DMV of your municipality. And for those who are already participating in the Qualified Citizen Project, be at least 18 to 25 years old.

In the Detran portal of your city or region, you can register in the tab called “Registration CNH Social”. After that, just put your personal data and wait to find out if you are on the classified list to make yours.
