Cars and motorcycles that were seized during police actions to combat drug trafficking, among other crimes, will be auctioned next Thursday by the State Secretariat for Justice and Public Security (Sejusp).

Use
Vehicles that are considered conserved can go back on the streets and have the right to documentation. Those who purchase them are fully exempt from fines and charges relating to the previous acquisition.
Those categorized as unrecoverable scrap can only be sold to professionals and companies in the area of dismantling or recycling, duly accredited.
Form of payment
Each vehicle will be sold for the highest bid price offered, an amount that must be paid in full through a bank slip, with an invoice issued. The buyer of the vehicle must return the vehicle from the yard where it is located within a period of 30 days.
If the person does not take back the vehicle, it can be characterized as abandonment, with the loss of the amount that was paid.

Necessary documents
For natural person: identity card and CPF.
For legal entity: need to present social registration, social contract and other documents according to the legal and tax requirements of the participating company.
No person who works at the Sejusp agency or their relatives up to the second degree of kinship can participate in the auction, in addition to the auctioneer or persons prevented from bidding and contracting with the administration.
