Detran Vehicle Auction

The DMV will carry out a vehicle auction which has motorcycles with bids from R$ 270 and cars from R$3 thousand.

The Auction will be held at the end of the month, starting at 9 am. Interested parties can find out about the lots and visit the vehicles in advance and can now start viewing the vehicles on the website of the responsible auction house or even from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm, at the Detran patios.

There are 140 lots, 79 of which are preserved vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, 41 usable scrap and 20 usable scrap without an engine, which can be purchased by interested individuals or companies.

For people who are unable to attend the auction in person will be able to participate online. The registration must be done on the website, observing the established rules and being in accordance with the conditions of sale and purchase.

This registration will have to be done at least 48 hours before the auction, to allow time for data analysis and release of participation.

Who can participate?

Individuals or legal entities over 18 years old (except for batches evaluated as scrap).

The documents required are: original identity card and CPF, for individuals. For legal entities, it is necessary to present the social register, statute, articles of incorporation and other documents according to the legal and tax framework of the participating company.

Participation in the auction is restricted to Detran employees and their families, taking into account the restriction up to the second degree of kinship, in addition to the auctioneer.

Form of payment

Each lot will be sold for the highest price offered, an amount that must be paid in cash, by bank slip, with an invoice issued after clearing.

The buyer of the vehicle must be responsible for removing the piece from the yard where it is located within a period of up to 30 days, and if he does not remove the vehicle, it may be characterized as abandonment, in this way the buyer loses the value offered.
