Yes! However, let's remember that Auction vehicles have different classifications, and one of them is prohibited from walking normally on the streets.

Vehicles classified as conserved can drive normally, of course, after regularization.

Vehicles classified as scrap metal are prohibited from circulating on the streets normally. In this classification of vehicles, the only way is to use parts. Otherwise, opt for vehicles with the classification: Preserved.

How to regularize a Motorcycle purchased at Auction?

Right after you buy your vehicle from Auction, the auctioneer will hand you a document that proves you are the new owner of the vehicle.

Take this document to the nearest Detran, along with all your personal data and documents, in order to request the regularization. You need to do this within 30 days.
